This policy explains how Property Corner Ltd ("we", "us") handles your personal data when you use Local Area Search. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Your email address, so we can deliver your report and receipt.

Order and transaction details: the report you purchased, the postcode searched, order reference, and date/time.

Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle processes this data as its own controller — see Paddle's privacy policy.

Any information you include when you email us for support.

To deliver your report and provide the service — legal basis: performance of our contract with you.

To send transactional emails (receipts, report delivery, essential service messages) — performance of our contract.

To keep financial and order records — compliance with our legal obligations (tax and accounting).

To respond to support enquiries — our legitimate interests in helping our customers.

We do not send marketing emails and do not use your data for marketing.

Our hosting and email-delivery providers, who act as our processors under written contract and only on our instructions.

We keep order and transaction records for around 6 years to meet HMRC and accounting obligations. We keep other personal data for no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where relevant. To exercise any of these, email support@propertycorner.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.

This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies set during checkout by our payment provider (Paddle) exist solely to process your payment.

Our service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
